Sarah Bramley, MPH is the founder and principal of BloomWorks Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience leading strategy and organizational development across nonprofit and global development sectors, Sarah brings a practitioner’s lens to strategy, rooted in lived experience. Her work spans strategic planning, change management, team leadership, systems strengthening, and board engagement.

Sarah launched BloomWorks to help organizations turn vision into impact—building strategies that not only inspire, but also align teams, clarify priorities, and drive results. She believes the most effective strategies are built with people, not just for them. She thrives on partnering with leaders to make meaningful change achievable.
